Design & Structure

We designed and developed a fully customized inventory platform around the client's warehouse workflow. The system manages flooring and countertop materials—including rolls, pads, boxes, slabs, and remnants—with measurement units adapted to each category. Every material receives a unique identifier and QR code that can be scanned from a phone or reader and printed on thermal labels. The dashboard centralizes stock, availability, reservations, low-inventory alerts, movements, cuts, sales, and destinations. Its architecture can also mirror operational data to Monday.com or Airtable, creating a reliable backup and a shared view for authorized company members.

Modules applied
