trackReceipt
A receipt-based expense control web app: photo receipt folders grouped by project, date, and employee, with approvals, reports, and zero paper clutter.
Design & Structure
We designed and developed a complete receipt-expense control application built around the real paperwork of a field company. The live dashboard consolidates activity: total receipts, total and monthly spending, active employees, and category breakdown (gas, materials, other), with a 7-day spending chart. Crew members upload receipts by photo from their phones, and the system files them into per-project folders grouped by date and employee, so every dollar spent is tied to a project and a person. Each receipt goes through an approval workflow (submitted/approved) before it reaches reports. Staff, approvals, documents, export, audit, and settings modules complete the cycle: from loose paper in the truck to organized, traceable digital paperwork ready for accounting.
